"One Stop" Personal Training & herbalist.net.au are moving to new larger purpose built premises which will become a super clinic and fitness studio.
In addition to our existing services we will now be incorporating group training indoors on our boxing circuit which promote supreme strength & fitness which will kick start your metabolism to promote quality weight loss


Starting 19th January 2010 in our new purpose built training studio we will be running our new Boxing Circuit Training classes.

Why Boxing & Why Circuits?


 

Not only does boxing promote strength, it is an exceptionally good cardio workout. The two pronged approach of boxing exercises is highly recognised as one of the most effective ways of speeding up a slow metabolism. Working through exercises in a circuit format allows for lots of variety. With variety comes more enthusiasm. Also there are other participants which adds a social aspect which also increases motivation and enthusiasm.

Is it safe & could I get hit?


 

I need to stress that we are only using boxing exercises and techniques for exercise. There is no actual boxing or sparring allowed. Your safety and well being is our first and last priority. This is why boxing circuit training is safe for most people.

Fat Burning & increased heart health.


 

Increasing metabolism greatly assists the burning of fat, so in terms of controlling your weight, increasing fitness and reducing your risk of heart disease a regime of boxing style exercises 2 to 3 times per week will be a highly recommended option for you exercise routine.

Am I too old?


 

Probably not. I am training clients in their 60's with regular punch fit workouts, they are stronger and they are much fitter than when they first started.

The Studio has gloves available for use in each class, however you may like to puchase your own personal gloves so you don't have to share. We can advise you on what is best for you.

There are still many of you that like the discipline & guidance that comes from working one on one so a PT sessions are still available and will continue to be an important part of our service.
